Once we receive your E-mail,, we will calculate the total for your order including any taxes and shipping charges. Orders with 12 or more bottles of wine receive a 10% discount. We will send you an invoice by e-mail where you can pay on-line using Visa, Master Card, Discovery, American Express, or Pay pal. Some wine quantities may be limited. Wines may only be shipped to the states listed below and with-in the United States. Wines are shipped FedEx Ground or FedEx Ground Home Delivery unless you specify FedEx Express shipping (FedEx 2 Day, FedEx Standard Overnight). Adult Signature is required when delivered. Tracking information will be sent Via E-mail when items are shipped. Shipments must be to an address where someone 21 years of age or over with a valid ID can accept and sign for the shipment. | 1) Make note of the wines you are interested in purchasing. 2) Send us an E-mail @ winecompliments@aol.com Please include the following information in E-mail: A) The wines and quantity you are interested in. B) The address the wine will be shipped to. Residential delivery's include an extra fee from FedEx. If possible, have wine deliveries made to your business address. This will assure somebody 21 years of age or over will be available to receive and sign for the shipment and avoid multiple delivery attempts thus reducing the chance of damage. C) Please include a phone number for delivery. D) Standard shipping is FedEx Ground or FedEx Ground Home Delivery, Please allow 2 - 3 working days in Illinois, Please request faster delivery if desired. E) If you would like to pick-up your items in our store, please indicate when you would like to pick items up. F) If you are looking for a wine and can not locate it on our web-site, please give us as much information as possible, and we will try to find it for you. |
