Color: Cherry red color with brick and purple hints showing its age.
Nose: Nose opening on black fruits (blackcurrants, blueberries),
prunes and eucalyptus.
Palate: Full bodied in the mouth with mellowed tannins. Juicy, full
and fruity. Velvety, long aftertaste with a ripe fruit bouquet. The
cabernet shows through but is not overpowering on this wine.
Pairings: Excellent with veal, poultry and foie gras.
