| Merryvale Reserve Chardonnay Winemakers Notes: This blend is entirely composed of wine made from flavorful and low-yielding Dijon clones. It was carefully assembled from our best lots from the cool Carneros viticultural area in Napa and Sonoma. The flavor of the fruit is complemented by the toasty oak spice, with richness and complexity from mative yeast fermentation in new French oak barrels. | Merryvale Reserve Merlot Winemakers Notes: The core if the 2002 Reserve Merlot blend consists of several lots from the Carneros region of Napa Valley as well as a nice one from just south of Yountville, both in the cooler, fog influenced southern end of the valley. We included a good helping of Cabernet Sauvignon to add some complexity and dimension to the wine's structure. A great vintage, the wines from 2002 have a rich, concentrated structure and dark fruit flavors. Cellaring: This wine should develope complexity with five years in the bottle and hold for at least five years after that. Production: 3,500 cases |

| Merryvale Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon Winemakers Notes: The 2002 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon was blended from a number of vineyards throughtout the central and southern Napa Valley. The growing season was relatively normal until the middle of September when torrid heat pushed ripening along rapidly. A few barrels of our best Merlot lots went into the blend to round out the mouthfeel. The wine is very dense and concentrated. Cellaring: This wine should develope complexity with five years in the bottle and hold for at least five years after that. Production: 4,500 cases |

| Merryvale Profile Winemakers Notes: Profile is a blend of many of our finest lots of Cabernet Sauvignon, Marlot, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc, chosen for their concentration, depth of flavor and fine tannin structure. This wine was aged in mostly new French oak chateau ferre barrels and bottled unfined and unfiltered. It is opulently structured and very dark.
