| Cattleman's Red Vineyard: Prairie State Vineyards in Kingston, Illinois Aged: American Oak Residual Sugar: .85% Description: Earthy and herbaceous aromas with a hint of wild berries. This is a blend of both Illinois grown Marechal Foch (pronounced "mar-esh-shall-fosh)"and Chambourcin pronounced “shahm-boor-SAN“. Created in a Beaujolais style this wine is light in body, with good acidity and low tannins. Aromas of dark berries, mocha, leather and smoke with a tangy finish. Foods: This is a great barbecue wine that holds up nicely with grilled steak or chops, yet won’t over-power your burgers or kebobs. Recession Noir Vineyard: Prairie State Vineyards, Kingston Aged: American Oak and Stainless Residual: 1.5% A off-dry, soft aromatic red blend of Illinois grown grapes - Marcechal Foch, Chambourcin, and Norton. A great summer sipping wine Prairie Pumpkin Vineyard: Prairie State Vineyards in Kingston, Illinois Aged: Tank Residual Sugar: 3.5% Description: Like a LIGHT spiced pumpkin pie in a glass without the cool whip. This wine is made from pie pumpkins spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and a hint of clove. What a unique and refreshing wine! Foods: Pair with spiced cakes or crème cheese desserts.
